Where is the festival taking place?

BCKYRD London is taking place at 531 Ridout St N, London, ON N6A 2P8.

How long is the festival?

BCKYRD London takes place on Friday, September 18th, 2026, from 3pm to 11pm.

Can I buy tickets at the festival?

YES (if not sold out in advance…) The box office will be located at the front of the festival gates. Box office hours are 3pm – 9:30pm. Tickets are limited in quantity and first come, first serve. Please note: it will be cash only at the gates.

Is this a family-friendly event?

BCKYRD London is an “All Ages” event and is not suitable for young children.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, accessible seating will be available.

Is there parking available?

On-site parking will be available at Harris Park.

Is there transportation?

Harris Park is conveniently located in Downtown London and is easily accessible by rideshare, taxi and public transit. Guests using Uber, Lyft or other rideshare services can be dropped off near the festival entrance. Please follow all on-site signage and traffic directions when arriving at the park.

What does the VIP ticket include?

G/A (General Admission) — access to the general admission area.
VIP Table — a reserved, tabled/seated area close to the stage. Includes separate washrooms, entrance, food/bar stations, and reserved standing area close to the stage.
VIP Standing — access to the VIP area but does not include Table seating. Includes separate washrooms, entrance, food/bar stations, and reserved standing area close to the stage. Both VIP areas are in the same section.

Please note: VIP area is 19+ ONLY — therefore, only those of legal drinking age can enter. No in and out privileges allowed for any ticket type.

What is your ticketing policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.

Do I need a wristband?

GA ticket holders do not require a wristband. Your ticket will be scanned for entry at the festival gates.

VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband and can pick it up at the Box Office at Harris Park. Please see the Festival Map for the Box Office location. Box Office hours are 3:00 PM–9:30 PM.

What if I lose my VIP wristband?

Lost VIP wristbands will not be replaced.

Can I upgrade my GA ticket?

Yes! GA ticket holders can upgrade to VIP for $50 at the Festival Box Office at Harris Park, subject to availability.

What if it rains?

BCKYRD London is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.

Can I bring my own food, drink or alcohol?

No outside food or beverage is allowed. There will be a variety of food and drink options available on-site. Stay tuned for a list of vendors!

Empty, clear water bottles are permitted upon entry.

Can I smoke or vape anywhere on site?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated Smoking Area. Please see the Festival Map for its location.

What is your cannabis policy?

Only cannabis products purchased legally may be brought into BCKYRD Festival. Cannabis must be sealed in OCS packaging or packaging from another official government-owned source. Cannabis products that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted onto festival grounds.
Cannabis is permitted for personal use only. Guests carrying cannabis must notify security during entry screening.

The sale of cannabis is not permitted on-site. No glass or metal containers. No edibles.
Cannabis may only be consumed in the designated smoking area. Please refer to the Festival Map for its location.

Please consume responsibly and do not drive impaired.

Are we allowed to take photos?

No professional sound or video recording devices are allowed. Any camera with a removable lens is considered a professional camera. Small, pocket-sized digital cameras are okay. No selfie sticks.

Will there be water stations?

Yes, a free water refill station will be available on-site. Small, clear, and empty plastic water bottles are allowed in upon entry.

What is your bag policy?

No bags/knapsacks or coolers allowed. Only small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, are permitted. Clear bags must not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6″. All other bags must not exceed 5″ x 8″ x 2″. EMPTY Hydropacks are allowed upon entry.

Can I bring lawn chairs?

Lawn chairs are not permitted.

Are ATMs available on-site?

Yes, ATMs will be available on-site.

Skateboards and rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles
Culturally insensitive attire or deliberately offensive clothing/costumes (subject to the scrutiny of door staff)
Full body morph/spandex suits that cover the head
Masks that are restrictive (breathing) or fully cover the face
Non-cream-based and liquid/spray sunscreen (aerosol)
Drug paraphernalia (including vaporizers)
Pacifiers
Laser pointers (or similar devices)
Liquid makeup or unsealed tampons (upon entry)
Glass, cans, cups or coolers
Noise making devices
