Where is the festival taking place?

BCKYRD London is taking place at 2537 Huron Street, London, ON N5V 5J1.

How long is the festival?

BCKYRD London takes place on Friday, September 18th, 2026, from 3pm to 11pm.

Can I buy tickets at the festival?

YES (if not sold out in advance…) The box office will be located at the front of the festival gates. Box office hours are 10am – 5pm. Tickets are limited in quantity and first come, first serve. Please note: it will be cash only at the gates.

Is this a family-friendly event?

BCKYRD London is an “All Ages” event and is not suitable for young children.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, accessible seating will be available.

Is there parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available. Parking passes are available via the ticketing page. Only a limited number of parking passes are available per night — carpooling is encouraged.

Is there transportation?

Transportation will be available to the venue from Downtown London and Western University.

Is camping allowed?

Due to the location of the event, no camping is allowed. The closest camping option is Fanshawe Conservation Area, located about 5 minutes’ drive from YXU. Fanshawe can be reached by calling (519) 451-2800.

Where can I find a schedule of the weekend’s events?

Performance set-times TBA. These will be posted on social media.

What does the VIP ticket include?

G/A (General Admission) — access to the general admission area.
VIP Table — a reserved, tabled/seated area close to the stage. Includes separate washrooms, entrance, food/bar stations, and reserved standing area close to the stage.
VIP Standing — access to the VIP area but does not include Table seating. Includes separate washrooms, entrance, food/bar stations, and reserved standing area close to the stage. Both VIP areas are in the same section.

Please note: VIP area is 19+ ONLY — therefore, only those of legal drinking age can enter. No in and out privileges allowed for any ticket type.

What is your ticketing policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.

How do I pick up my wristband?

Wristband pickup details for the airport venue TBA.

What if I lost my wristband?

Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

What if it rains?

BCKYRD London is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.

Can I bring my own food, drink or alcohol?

No outside food or beverage is allowed. There will be a variety of food and drink options available on-site. Stay tuned for a list of vendors!

Empty, clear water bottles are permitted upon entry.

Can I smoke or vape anywhere on site?

No smoking & vaping of any substance is permitted inside the park. Due to the event being on Federal land, there is a strict No Smoking & Vaping policy of any substance.

What is your cannabis policy?

Cannabis is not permitted on-site. Our No Smoking & Vaping policy applies to cannabis as well as all other substances.

Are we allowed to take photos?

No professional sound or video recording devices are allowed. Any camera with a removable lens is considered a professional camera. Small, pocket-sized digital cameras are okay. No selfie sticks.

Will there be water stations?

Yes, a free water refill station will be available on-site. Small, clear, and empty plastic water bottles are allowed in upon entry.

What is your bag policy?

No bags/knapsacks or coolers allowed. Only small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, are permitted. Clear bags must not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6″. All other bags must not exceed 5″ x 8″ x 2″.

Can I bring lawn chairs?

Lawn chairs are not permitted.

Are ATMs available on-site?

Yes, ATMs will be available on-site.

Culturally insensitive attire or deliberately offensive clothing/costumes (subject to the scrutiny of door staff)
Full body morph/spandex suits that cover the head
Masks that are restrictive (breathing) or fully cover the face
Non-cream-based and liquid/spray sunscreen (aerosol)
Drug paraphernalia (including vaporizers)
