Where is the festival taking place?
BCKYRD London is taking place at Harris Park, located at 530 Ridout Street in London, Ontario.
How long is the festival?
BCKYRD London operates from 4:30PM to 11PM on September 19th and 3PM to 11PM on September 20th.
Can I buy tickets at the festival?
YES (if not sold-out in advance…) The box office will be located at the front of the festival gates. Tickets are limited in quantity and first come, first serve. Please note: it will be cash only at the gates.
Is this a family-friendly event?
BCKYRD London is an “All Ages” (16+) event and is not suitable for young children.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible with an elevated viewing platform for those with wheelchairs or other accessible needs. Please be advise that the platform has limited availability and will be first come, first serve.
Is there parking available?
There is NO on-site parking available. There are city of London parking lots within a one-to-three block radius. Harris Park is also accessible by multiple transit routes. Please check www.londontransit.ca to find which route works best for you.
Can I meet the band/artist?
GA and VIP tickets do not include meet and greets. Bands/Artists manage their own schedules outside of their allocated performance time. BCKYRD London has no control over setting up meet & greets with fans.
Where can I find a schedule of the weekend’s events?
Perforance set-times TBA. These will be posted on social media.
What does the VIP ticket include?

What is your ticketing policy?
All ticket sales are final. BCKYRD London is a rain or shine event; therefore, no refunds will be issued due to weather. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.
What do “tiers” mean?
Ticket tiers are simply price-related. As a reward for early-bird purchasers, costs will be cheaper earlier on and increase the closer to the festival we get.
How do I pick up my wristband?
Wristband pickup will start at 3pm at main gate on the specific date your ticket is purchased for. (531 Ridout Street N.)
What if it rains?
BCKYRD London is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.
Can I bring my own food, drink or alcohol?
Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited on site. There will be a variety of food and drink options available on-site. Stay tuned for a list of vendors!
Small, clear, empty plastic water bottles are permitted upon entry.
Can I smoke anywhere on site?
Smoking within the festival grounds is PROHIBITED. There will be designated smoking areas just outside the main festival entrance.
Are we allowed to take photos?
Smartphone cameras and camera phones will be permitted. All professional cameras or with detachable lenses are prohibited unless otherwise approved in advance.
Will there be water stations?
Yes, a free water refill station will be available on-site. Small clear, and empty plastic water bottles are allowed in upon entry.
What are the permitted items?
Permitted Items:
- Government issued photo identification
- Plastic water bottles and CamelBaks (with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment) – EMPTY upon entry
- Cell phones
- Fanny packs
- Sunglasses & hats
- Cream-based sunscreen ~ subject to a security check
- Sticks of hard deodorant
- Toiletry wipes
- Lighters and factory sealed packs of cigarettes and factory sealed disposable e-cigarettes
- Earplugs
- Powder makeup and factory sealed tampons
- Sealed packs of gum
- Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired and only enough for use on the day. The label on the bottle must include the following: your name (matching your photo ID), name of the medication, directions to use, date prescription was filled. Medicines will be reviewed upon entry.
- Flags/banners or handmade signs (no metal or wood flag poles)
- Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6″
- Empty water guns
- Inflatable Beach balls

What are the prohibited items?
Prohibited Items:
- Outside food of any kind (If you have dietary restrictions and need to bring in food, it must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and identified to the medical personnel at the front gate, marketed on the festival map. This must not exceed a day’s worth of meals)
- Over-the-counter medication (available from a first aid station) Illegal drugs and substances, including unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles. Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching individual’s government-issued photo identification may be allowed in the Venue. Unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles are not permitted.
- Weapons of any kind
- Pepper spray and mace
- E-cigs or vapes that have refillable liquid chambers
- Selfie sticks including GoPro poles
- Skateboards and rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles
- Culturally insensitive attire or deliberately offensive clothing/costumes (subject to the scrutiny of door staff)
- Full body morph/spandex suits that cover the head
- Masks that are restrictive (breathing) or fully cover the face
- Non-cream-based and liquid/spray sunscreen (aerosol)
- Drug paraphernalia (including vaporizers)
- Pacifiers
- Laser pointers (or similar devices)
- Eye drops (available at first aid stations)
- Liquid makeup or unsealed tampons (upon entry)
- Glass, cans, cups or coolers
- Noise making devices
- Fireworks, fire-starters, and open flames
- Markers, pens or spray paint
- Large chains or spiked jewelry
- Unauthorized solicitation or marketing materials (e.g., handbills or flyers)
- Tents, large umbrellas, chairs or blankets
- Oversized purses, bags, duffel bags or backpacks
- Any bag or purse over 12″×12″
- Open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)
- Outside beverages (including alcohol, cans and bottles)
- Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (SLR/DSLR cameras) – No detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs
- All unapproved unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or drones
- Animals not authorized under the Provincial Emotion Support Animal, guide dog or service animal laws (Documentation from a regulated health professional is required)
- Massagers
- Stuffed animals or dolls
- Frisbees
- Any item deemed to be dangerous by the Venue General Manager or Law Enforcement Officers
Can I bring my medication into the festival with me?
Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching individual’s government-issued photo identification may be allowed in the Venue. Unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles are not permitted. Must include the current prescription information ad label.
What is your bag policy?
All guests entering the event are subject to a comprehensive security check similar to airport procedures. This may include emptying your pockets and bags, inspecting all belongings, undergoing a physical pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. Entry may be denied at our discretion.

What is your cannabis policy
Only cannabis products purchased LEGALLY may be brought into the festival. They must be SEALED IN OCS PACKAGING OR FROM OTHER OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT OWNED SOURCES. Any cannabis products that do not abide by these rules will not be permitted or accepted into festival grounds. Individuals may carry enough FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Patrons in possession of cannabis are required to notify security at point of search.
NO SALE OF CANNABIS IS AUTHORIZED ON SITE. PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND DON’T DRIVE HIGH.
NO GLASS OR METAL CONTAINERS. NO EDIBLES.
